Malema’s meters are currently the only Single Use Coriolis Flowmeter available on the market. Malema’s SumoFlo® Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is the most accurate flow measurement device available for Single-Use Biopharma applications. SumoFlo® meters are available in sizes from 1/8” to 1” with mass flow measurement ranges of 10 gm/min to 100 kg/min, and accuracy within ±1% of reading. SumoFlo® meters also measure density, volumetric flow rate and temperature.
The SumoFlo® Single Use Coriolis Flow Meter is made of USP Class VI PEEK material. With accuracy independent of changes in density and viscosity of the measuring fluid – it is ideally suited for bioprocess applications.
SumoFlo® is fully temperature compensated using an integral temperature meter thus suitable for fluid temperatures 2-40°C. It is also gamma sterilizable to 50 kGy.
The SumoFlo® sensor comes in three parts:

- Single Use Meter
- Cradle to house the Single Use Meter
